Question about Dock Icons

So i see those lovely-wonderful-amazing Dock Icons here in galleries at Deviantart, and now i was wondering how i could use them.. do i place them in a special map, do i just open them somewhere etc.??

You're help is really appreciated!

You can use your Dock Icons with ObjectDock or RocketDock

I use RocketDock. It's free (for starters), easy to skin, and doesn't use up a lot of RAM. It's also 99% compatible with ObjectDock skins, which is really really cool.
